You want to Spend some time at the beach, won’t you? During your staycation in Dubai, you can visit the beach at several hotels. However, you can relax in the sun without spending any money if you visit one of Dubai’s accessible free beaches.
Let us introduce you to some of these beaches.
Black Palace Beach (Al Sufouh Beach)
One of the best accessible free beaches in Dubai is Black Palace Beach. Since there aren’t any nearby conveniences—like a bathroom, a shower, or a food truck—we find the isolation to be part of its appeal.
Location: Black Palace Beach, Al Sufouh.
Jumeirah Open Beach
The Dubai Marine Beach Resort and the Dubai Four Seasons Resort are located along the golden strand known as Jumeirah Beach. You can go here to soak up some rays, but you can also go here to run, rollerblade, ride a bike, swim, or do other water sports.
Kite Beach
Kite Beach is a popular destination beneath the Burj Al Arab’s sail. Activities such as yoga, volleyball, and kite surfing are just a few options. However, that’s not all there is to do. There are also numerous places to eat, shop, and visit for entertainment and a beach library.
Location: Kite Beach, Umm Suqeim 1.
La Mer
La Mer is a place in Jumeirah 1 where you can shop and eat on the beach. The beach is a pristine stretch of sand with colourful beach huts, lounge chairs, and even some hammocks in the water. Take a walk along the beachfront and stop in some shops, restaurants, and cafes.
Location: La Mer, Jumeirah 1.
Sunset Beach
One of the top surfing spots in Dubai is Sunset Beach. On Jumeirah Beach Road, it is directly across from Sunset Mall and next to Kite Beach. Since it isn’t as well-known as Kite Beach, you can have the entire beach to yourself early in the day. Tourists flock there during the day to take pictures of the Burj Al Arab for social media because it is the most photogenic location on a public beach. And as the name implies, the sunsets are especially spectacular.
Location: Sunset Beach, Jumeirah Beach Road, Jumeirah 3.
The Beach JBR
Those staying at Dubai Marina will find the nearest public beach right here. Locals and visitors alike flock to this beach frequently. There are sunbeds and cabanas for relaxing by the water and restaurants, a market, and an arcade along the promenade. Views of Ain Dubai and the sunsets are stunning.
Location: The Beach Dubai, JBR.
Nessnass Beach
Nessnass Beach is a quiet retreat far from the hustle and bustle of nearby Kite Beach and other tourist hotspots. Numerous kite surfers and snack and beverage stands can be found at this serene beach. Spending the afternoon here is a treat, with all the older villas and the Dubai skyline in the distance. Runners can enjoy this tranquil stretch of beach daily, thanks to the nearby beach running track, which passes by Nessnass.
Location: Nessnass beach, Jumeriah, Dubai
